Shore Studios was featured in an article in the Kent County News titled: "Shoge taking his interest in drones to new heights."

"What started out as a hobby of flying drones and taking photos has now become Chestertown resident Sam Shoge’s new business: Shore Studios," writes Dorian Mitchell, a reporter with the KCN.

Shore Studios was started after its owner, Sam Shoge, received a DJI Phantom 3 Standard quadcopter drone for Christmas. Having never had an appropriate avenue to express his artistic side, the drone--with its gimbal mounted camera--quickly turned into a passion and served as the perfect tool to express his artistic/creative side.

After receiving his FAA Part 107 Certification, the legal documentation enabling remote drone pilots to operate commercially, Shoge launched Shore Studios with the desire to work with local businesses to capture stunning aerial content to use in marketing, especially in the real estate industry.
